Mansfield News-Journali Sunday, September 15, 1957 Guild Sees Pictures Of Europe Dr. and Mrs. Milton Oakes, guests of the Epworth, Guild of the First Methodist Church, showed: pictures of their trip to Europe for the program when guild members met last week at the church. The guests were introduced by Mrs. W.

R. Burkhart. Mrs. Vernon Ford, president, conducted the business session and Mrs. Clarence Conneway, Mrs.

John Early, Mrs. Ralph Wadsworth and Mrs. Kenneth Rooks were hostesses for the serving of refreshments from a table decorated in a fall theme. Twenty four members were present. For the devotional program, Mrs.

R. O. Grubb read from the second chapter of the book of Titus. She also presented an article entitled "The Challenge of the Local Church' from the book, "The Methodist Mrs. Walton Leedy will serve as hostess for the October meeting at her home, 470-Woodwar Ave.

Preceding the bride to the altar was her attendent, Miss Vivian Jane Gustin, twin sister of the bridegroom. Miss Gustin was attired in a gown of powder blue nylon sheer styled like that of the bride. The bridegroom's mother was gowned i in teal blue shantung which she complemented with black and winter white accessories. Her corsage was of yellow rosebuds.
